Location and Geography
Located in Central Africa, Chad is a landlocked country bordered by Libya to the north, Sudan to the east, the Central African Republic to the south, Cameroon and Nigeria to the southwest, and Niger to the west. The country has a diverse geography, featuring deserts, savannas, and mountains.
Climate
Chad has a hot desert climate with very little rainfall throughout the year. The average temperature ranges from 20°C to 45°C (68°F to 113°F), making it one of the hottest countries in the world.
